2 Private rooms with full size bed: this will be a single unless guest chooses to bring a friend*. Max double occupancy. $350 for a single $200 per person if shared. *Each person must fill out an application.
1 Shared room with two twin beds: this is a shared room. Guests can attend together or a roommate will be assigned. $250 per person
All bathrooms shared-2 full baths. Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own towels, 1 bath and 1 beach. Bring your own beach chairs.
Cell service is very limited. AT&T is the only provider with a tower in the area. There is a landline for emergencies. Free wifi is provided.
Continental breakfast provided: cereal, fruit, granola, yogurt, various breads.
BBQ lunch on Saturday provided: Hamburgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers, chips and salads.

Potluck dinner gatherings: Pick Friday or Saturday night. Pick the item you would like to bring to share; main course, side or dessert. BYOB to share
Kitchen and Grill available for cooking. You are welcome to bring additional food items.
Coaching Session: Identify areas in your life that need your focus, outline your resources and obstacles, create your own personal mission statement. 60 minute session $150
DiSC Assessment Session: DiSC is a profile that helps you identify your preferences and tendencies. Understanding this can improve your leadership, your communication and your relationships. Assessment sent prior to weekend for your completion. Reports provided at session. 60 minute session, $225
Facilitator Evelyn Neale
Evelyn is owner of Successful Change where it is her mission to inspire solutions to thrive. An experienced and innovative leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills. She take a holistic approach in supporting you to reach your goals. She has worked with individuals on growth and change, entrepreneurs and organizations on strategic planning, effective communication and a healthy workplace culture. A Leader for more than 20 years she has a unique background. Along with my Masters in Information Science, she is a Certified Teacher, Coach and DiSC Facilitator as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki level 2 practitioner.
Session with Energy Alchemist, Hilarie Mae, works exclusively with leaders – whether they run their own company or lead from within. She does above body energy work, in person on or on the phone, to adjust your subtle energy body. Each session focuses on helping you get in touch with your energy, emotions, and unconscious – all those subtle layers that are going to help you move through any challenges you are experiencing on your way to the success and results you’re heading towards. $150
Facilitator Hilarie Dahl
Hilarie holds a Master’s Degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication and Rhetorical Theory. She has completed levels 1-4, and Advanced Practice I, of Healing Touch training through the Healing Touch Program. Since completing her training, she developed her own modality and has been practicing energy work, combined with energetic integration, for four years. When she’s not alchemizing, Hilarie practices archery, hikes and bikes, and reads YA fiction.

Vision Board Session: A vision board is a collage of images, words and anything that helps you visualize who you want to be and the life you want to live. Having a vision brings clarity to your dreams and helps you stay focused. Saturday afternoon or evening. There will be a short introduction then you will receive your own Vision Board kit from Hammock Way of Life. This includes all you need to create your Board. Take your time to create the board of your dreams. $55
Due to the limited space available and the caliber of clientele we work with, we ask those interested to apply. Evelyn will personally review applications to make sure that each participant will get the value and connection they’re looking for out of the experience. You will be notified within 72 hours whether your application was accepted. You may sign up for additional services after your acceptance.
Once accepted payment will be due.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by the first of the month for the month you are attending will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund for cancellations received after the first of the month you are attending.
