Evelyn Neale

President

Evelyn has been a transformational leader for more than 20 years. Combining her passion for leadership with her background in information and education Evelyn started Successful Change in 2016. Originally from downstate NY she resides now in Albany. She has her bachelors from Stony Brook University and Masters from Queens College.

Chelsea Mennillo

Marketing and Administrative Coordinator

Chelsea joined the team in September of 2019. With an extensive background in customer service and a degree in Liberal Arts from Hudson Valley Community College, Chelsea is the Master of all of our Media as well as our Customer Care Coordinator.

Colleen Vogel

MSW, Coach and Trainer

Colleen resides with her family in Lake George, NY and joined the team at Successful Change in January 2020 as a Coach and Trainer. She currently serves as the Director of Foster Care Recruitment and Retention at Northern Rivers Family of Services. She joined the organization in 2009 serving as a clinician in a community based program and then as a foster care supervisor before being named to her current position in 2016. Before coming to Northern Rivers, she served in a number of clinical and case management positions at St. Anne Institute in Albany. She earned her BS in psychology from SUNY Cortland and her MSW from the University at Albany.

Katherine Federiconi

Coach and Trainer

Katherine Federiconi of Troy, N.Y., has been with Successful Change since January 2020. She holds a master’s in Information Science. Katherine currently works as the head of public relations at the Archives Partnership Trust, the non-profit sister organization of the New York State Archives, whose mission is to support education, preservation, and outreach programs in order to make accessible the archives from 350 years of New York’s colonial and state governments, and as a librarian at the Saratoga Springs Public Library. In her spare time, Katherine is an accomplished harpist who teaches and performs in the Capital District.

Anna Moczulski

Coach and Trainer

Anna is a cheerful and creative problem solver that believes in the magic of people’s best potential. Thanks to her business background in Human Resources and Accounting, her approach is both caring and action – oriented.  Her dream is to cultivate positive change, beginning with one person and one team at a time.  Anna joined Successful Change in February of 2020 as a Coach and Trainer.
